IIA’s clients have access to a large online research library. The goal of this project was to make it easier for clients to find and filter relevant content.
I ran some lean UX research to gather information for the re-design and then tested the solution.
The new design solves the problems of findability for clients by:
surfacing the filtering UI at the top of the page
making tags for each article highly visible (and clickable)
offering suggestions for related research on each article page so that users are able to easily discover new relevant content
