IIA’s clients have access to a large online research library. The goal of this project was to make it easier for clients to find and filter relevant content.

I ran some lean UX research to gather information for the re-design and then tested the solution.

The new design solves the problems of findability for clients by:

  • surfacing the filtering UI at the top of the page

  • making tags for each article highly visible (and clickable)

  • offering suggestions for related research on each article page so that users are able to easily discover new relevant content
